Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FeelsBetter (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About the App

FeelsBetter is a mindfulness and emotional well-being app that helps users calm their thoughts, practice mindful breathing, record reflections, and release emotions.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features are available via FeelsBetter Premium (auto-renewable subscription).
Payment is processed by Apple using your Apple ID. We don’t handle your card data.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
A Restore Purchases option is provided in-app.

4. Your Content & Data

Notes, images and voice reflections you create are stored on your device and/or in iCloud (if enabled). We cannot access your private entries.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents are owned by FeelsBetter Studio and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or modify the App.

6. Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App provides mindfulness and emotional support tools. It is not medical or psychological treatment. Use at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

7. Modifications & Termination

We may update features, pricing or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate the App or your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FeelsBetter (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use the App.

1. Data We Collect

You provide: notes, images and voice recordings you add. Stored locally and/or in iCloud if enabled.
Support messages: emails you send to us.
Minimal diagnostics: anonymous crash logs and basic usage events (e.g., app version, screen opens) to improve stability. No advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. How We Use Data

Operate and improve the App and Premium features.
Provide support when you contact us.
Verify purchases and restore access.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

3. Local & iCloud Storage

Your private entries remain on your device and/or in iCloud if you enable it. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and security. We cannot access your iCloud content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We don’t receive or store your payment details.

5. Your Choices

Delete data: uninstalling the App removes local data. You can also remove iCloud data via iOS settings.
Contact us: request clarification about diagnostics by emailing us.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and not for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

We use platform security (App Sandbox, iOS encryption, iCloud security). No system is 100% secure; please keep your device updated and backed up.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted here and in release notes.

Subscription & Cancellation Reminder:
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the current period ends.
