These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AffirmVoice mobile application (“App”) provided by AffirmVoice (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
You may enter affirmation text and create voice recordings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (“Premium”) such as repeat playback, detailed statistics, text-to-speech playback (TTS), and ad-free experience. Prices and availability may change.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. If supported, you can restore purchases using the “Restore Purchase” function.
The free version may display ads. Premium may remove ads as described at the time of purchase.

No guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using affirmations or recordings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
